Hatha Yoga Class

Hatha Yoga

Perfect for beginners and those seeking a gentler practice. Our Hatha classes focus on basic postures, proper alignment, and breathing techniques. Each pose is held for several breaths, allowing time to understand and refine your practice while building strength and flexibility gradually.

Yin Yoga

Surrender into stillness with our Yin practice. This meditative style involves holding passive poses for 3-5 minutes, targeting deep connective tissues and joints. Using props for support, students learn to find comfort in discomfort while cultivating patience, introspection, and inner peace.
